
Recently on Fattie Boom Boom No More. Fattie Boom Boom posted a whole "lotta crap" (aka Lose Weight by Watching TV, Crunching the Numbers and Beyond the Square. Gain It to Lose It). But it was not all bad. Glimmering, sparks flew in all directions, an idea struck. So now in the process, is a post with facts* (woaaaah). And well thats about it. *Facts solely based on science.
Calcium too likes to murder fat as well. (As do all minerals and supplements). Common as candy in a candy shop, calcium can be found in dairy products, tofu, chick peas, oranges, kidney beans and cabbage. 100% fruity and 100% fact.
